Questions agencies ask before boarding
Straight answers about data, the AI, tax and getting started.
Q01Can it read our existing Excel of hotel rates?
Yes. Upload your rate sheets with seasons, room categories and meal plans. You match the columns once, and later uploads in the same format go straight in. Leads and supplier lists import the same way.
Q02Does the AI book anything by itself?
No. The AI drafts itineraries, quotes and follow-up messages. An agent always checks prices and availability, confirms with suppliers and decides what is sent to the customer.
Q03Does it handle GST and TCS?
Yes. Invoices calculate GST using the method your agency follows, and TCS applies on overseas tour packages where required. Rates are editable, and we recommend your accountant reviews the settings before you go live.
Q04Can sub-agents use it?
Yes, on the First plan. Sub-agents get their own logins to send enquiries, view seat availability on group departures and track their commission, without seeing your other customers.
Q05Do customers pay through Travelopedic?
Payment links come from licensed payment partners and the money goes to your agency's own account. Travelopedic records the receipt against the booking.
Q06How long does it take to get started?
Most agencies import their leads and supplier rates in the first hour of the trial and send their first AI-drafted quote the same day.
Your agency is next on the board.
- Import leads and supplier rates from Excel
- Draft your first AI itinerary on day one
- Bring your whole team into the trial
